All SVNK Apparel products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partners. Please review the details below before placing your order.
1. Processing Time Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Times Once fulfilled, estimated delivery times within the US are:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (where available)
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
3. Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and the fulfillment partner processing your order.
4. Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on orders over $150.00
- Flat rate of $7.99 on orders under that amount
- Expedited shipping rates are calculated at checkout
5. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
6. Incorrect Addresses We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local carrier first. If unresolved, reach out to us at svnkapparel@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
8. International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only.
