Refund & Returns Policy

At SVNK Apparel, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Because each item is custom-produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

We will offer a free reprint or full refund if:

• Your item arrives damaged or defective
• There is a print quality issue (misprint, fading, incorrect design)
• You received the wrong item or size

To be eligible, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery at svnkapparel@gmail.com with:

• A clear photo of the issue

We do not cover:

• Sizing issues based on incorrect selection (please refer to our size guide)
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Lost packages due to an incorrect address provided at checkout

Once approved, reprints are typically fulfilled within 5–10 business days.
